Who we are
Orbeon Global Limited is the data controller. The clinics you choose to contact act as independent controllers for the care they provide.
What we collect
Your name, email, phone, country, treatment interest, travel dates, any questions, and any photos or X-rays you choose to upload.
Why & lawful basis
We use it only to connect you with the clinic(s) you request and to prepare an accurate quote — on the basis of your consent. We never sell your data or share it for advertising.
Who can see it
Only the verified clinic(s) you submit a request to, and our review team. Photos are shown to that clinic to prepare your treatment plan.
International transfers
Clinics are in Türkiye. Where data leaves the UK we rely on appropriate safeguards (adequacy / standard contractual clauses).
Retention
We keep your request data while your enquiry is active and delete it on request or when no longer needed.
Your rights
Access, correct, export, or erase your data, and withdraw consent at any time — from your account (Delete my account) or by emailing privacy@orbeon.co.uk - we send your data export within 30 days. You may also complain to the ICO.

Any treatment you receive, and its results, is a matter between you and your chosen clinic. All dental treatment carries risks, which your clinic will explain to you. Individual results vary and are not guaranteed.
Recovery & travel
Please follow your clinic's advice on recovery, activity, and when it is safe to travel or fly after treatment.

1. Who we are
This app is operated by Orbeon Global Limited (England & Wales). It is a booking platform that connects you with independent, verified clinics. We are not a healthcare provider and do not provide medical or dental treatment or advice.
2. What we do
We help you discover clinics, request quotes and arrange your booking and trip. Any treatment, and its results, is a matter between you and your chosen clinic. All treatment carries risks and individual results vary.
3. Bookings & payments
You may pay a deposit to confirm a booking, plus optional membership fees. Prices shown are estimates provided by clinics, not offers, and may change after an in-person assessment.
4. Your responsibilities
Provide accurate information, follow your clinic’s medical advice, and follow their guidance on recovery, activity and travel. You must be 18 or over.
5. Liability
As a platform we are not liable for the treatment delivered by clinics. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Deposits
If you pay a deposit to request or hold a booking, you can cancel and receive a full refund of that deposit at any time before your chosen clinic confirms your appointment. Email hello@orbeon.co.uk and we refund within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
After a clinic confirms
Once a clinic confirms your appointment, refunds and rescheduling follow that clinic’s own terms, which are shown to you before you confirm.
Membership fees
Optional membership can be cancelled any time; you keep access until the end of the paid period. New members may request a full refund within 14 days if the service has not been used.
